📢 Tobyhanna Township Cap on # of Rentals

• Summary: If you can make it, its imperative you show up at the Tobyhanna Township meeting on Monday, March 17th. The township has been taking a look at their prior resolution to cap the number of rentals in the township. The negatives of the cap have been in the spotlight and the discussion is continuing at the next meeting. Show up and voice your support to remove the cap.

Impact on Hosts: Interestingly this cap has a few implications. It would be best to remove uncertainty in the market and also do whats best for the local economy in supporting tourism and the township’s well being. The one silver lining at the moment is future saturation in this wider spanning area is limited.
